- Copy and Material
The site owner reserves the right to revise or reject for any reason at its sole discretion any advertising submitted or posted. All advertising materials, including photos, submitted by user are the property of site and may not be reproduced by a third party in other publications, electronic media or any other materials without site’s or user’s written consent.
- Errors
User accepts liability for damages resulting from errors in any advertising that is posted or from its failure to post any advertisement shall be limited to the amount it actually received in consideration for its agreement to the advertisement in question. Site shall not be responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages suffered by any party resulting from its errors or omissions. The user must report such errors or omissions within seven days of the posting dates.
- Hold Harmless
User accepts all liability for the content of all advertising posted. User warrants to site that its content is true, that it is not libelous or defamatory, that it violates no rights of privacy, that it infringes no trademark, and that it complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The fact that posting shall have been previously submitted to site for approval and shall have been approved by it either in whole or in part, shall not relieve user of the warranty. User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless site owner from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, suits, costs, or expenses, arising by reason of the publication of user’s posting or breach of the foregoing warranty, whether such claims are well-grounded or not.
- Review
To protect our user and our website visitors, we reserve the right to review and, upon review, delete all electronic transmissions related to the posting services for potential fraud or other irregular activity.
